EXPLORE THE EXPERIENCES

Giving everyday women permission to celebrate  their bodies and sexuality

I LOVE photographing boudoir and creating a space for insecurities to fall away. To show the women in-front of my camera a tiny glimpse of what the rest of the world sees, and maybe even some pieces of them they've never seen before. These sessions are always something that causes some major inward looking at how you perceive yourself and how you speak about your body.

Rachel was the BEST to work with! This was my first experience with a boudoir shoot, and I was definitely coming in a little hesitant, and was feeling a little low in the self confidence department after a bad breakup. but MAN! Rachel created the perfect environment to open up and boost my confidence. She started me out with the most covered outfit, and loosened up the nerves with a dance party, and then progressed from there. I never had to worry about where to stand, how to look, where to put my hands, because she showed me each and every pose, and then let me move freely from there! And her enthusiasm, the "YES GIRL", and the little sneak peaks she showed on her camera were everything I needed to keep going!

"I felt so good, and sexy, which is not something I would necessarily call myself on a regular basis, and now I get to look back at these pictures and remind myself of that! 10000000/10 would recommend!"

Doing my bridal boudoir shoot with Rachel was so fun! I knew was a hype girl and a yes girl and would take any vision I had and make it come to life. I wouldn't trust just anyone to do that, but Rachel makes it so easy. I don't always love photos of myself, but I feel really proud of the photos Rachel took showing off my body and I'm excited to surprise my husband with it :)

Rachel is seriously so perfect for this kind of shoot! She’s taken many pictures of me (wedding and couples shoot) but this was honestly the most fun! Just straight up girl time, and she was so encouraging throughout the entire shoot! If you are thinking a boudoir shoot isn’t your kind of shoot, think again! It’s seriously such an empowering experience and you NEED to book it! Rachel is your girl—Do it for yourself <3

My Story

Howdy Babe! I'm Rachel Meagan - you can call me Rach if you'd like ;)  I’m happy you’re here. Reading this info packet. it means that you’ve made it THAT much farther past the mental barrier of the "oh i could never do that...” or the “maybe when I’ve shed a few more pounds” or “next year...” and you’re actually doing it babe!!

I’ve now been photographing scantily clad ladies for just over 11 years. I’ve been helping women get dressed and undressed as a huge part of my career in the wedding world, and getting to be a massive player in helping change the narrative in many of my friends and clients minds when it comes to how they view themselves and how they choose to love themselves. I’m an advocate of body positivity AND neutrality, the power of your words, the freedom to just be you babyyyy, and choosing to express your sexuality in a beautiful way. I’m honored to be able to foster those things through this facet of my art, and be trusted by so many women to photograph not just their bodies, but their souls.
